A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations during a phase of hypergrowth.
Key Responsibilities- Own financial strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing models and investor materials
- Build and transition accounting and tax functions in-house while ensuring compliance and efficiency
- 10+ years of experience in finance
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as VP Finance or CFO
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS companies from Series A-C with revenues between $30MM and $100MM+
- Expertise in FP&A, fundraising, and investor relations
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with SaaS metrics
