$150000-$170,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Vaco has partnered with a respected logistics company seeking a Controller to join their team.

This role offers a clear path for advancement, along with a flexible hybrid schedule and an attractive compensation package. You’ll oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You’ll also lead and develop accounting teams, drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP/IFRS

Lead and develop accounting teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and policy enhancements for efficiency and scalability

Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations

Support special projects, including M&A and due diligence, with financial expertise and risk assessment

Requirements:

Big 4 experience preferred

CPA preferred
