• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and division budget to ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal policies
• Review and approve personnel action forms for the division and maintain position control
• Develop annual Inter Agency Service Agreement (ISA) contract requirements and monitor cash flow
• Attend meetings with programs and present financial reports
• Assist with the annual budget submission and perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration
• Knowledge of principles and practices of government finance and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for business correspondence and comprehensive reports
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent for periodic driving record checks

• Experience in government finance and operations
• Strong skills in developing and conducting effective presentations
• Background in interpreting and analyzing financial data
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all business levels
• Experience with personnel management and HRIS systems
