Pay: $110-120k

Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of experience in financial services or loan operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable working in a complex CRM (Mortgage Office experience a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Collect and distribute borrower payments and loan payoffs
• Reconcile bank accounts daily and monthly
• Monitor late payments and NSFs
• Import new loans into the servicing system
• Audit borrower and loan information for accuracy
• Monitor and review insurance renewals for proper coverage
• Coordinate insurance claims and repairs with borrowers, insurance companies, repair facilities, and banks
• Address payment, insurance, or default issues
• Develop and implement strategies for managing problem accounts
• Coordinate closings for individual aircraft loans
• Collect and calculate interest, monitor payoff schedules, and track line of credit expirations

• Pay:
  We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor Statistics
