IT Analyst III

What You'll Do

As the Staff IT Analyst III, you will lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, with specific focus on identity management, provisioning, and deprovisioning. You also will develop potential options to improve business outcomes related to strategic initiatives. You will lead the development, reporting, and review of metrics, ensuring they accurately represent current workflows and document alternative processes with impacts on KRIs, KPIs, or operational metrics.

Additionally, you will identify and cater to unique needs of IT and business experts, to serve their needs through management of identities, roles, and permissions across all applications. A proclivity to drive innovation and process improvement is preferred.

• Lead large, complex projects with the expectation that business outcomes are handled with professionalism and completed in a manner that serves the department’s business alignment.
• Comprehensively understand how all IAM work connects to project objectives, balancing competing deadlines and multiple projects.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts needed to gather requirements and review artifacts, resolving issues that impede progress.
• Leverage risk management experience from a large financial institution subject to heightened standards, specifically in risk, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Capture and upkeep KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics as necessary.

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced in process and data analysis within a specific domain or functional area utilizing demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Advanced working in Microsoft Office & relevant Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.), as well as technical aptitude & experience within a specific domain.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.
