Financial Controller

Mavrix is entering a new era—one defined by clarity, sovereignty, energetic alignment, and a regenerative relationship with money. This role is NOT a traditional “controller” or bookkeeper. We are seeking a financial steward who understands that money is more than math—it is movement, meaning, and message.

This person holds the numbers with precision, and holds the energy with reverence.

• Maintain weekly cash-flow dashboards that reflect not just numbers, but patterns, cycles, and opportunities

• Reconcile accounts with precision (Quick Books, Stripe, bank accounts, payroll, credit cards).
• Track incoming and outgoing flow with clarity—not judgment.

• Communicate trends proactively: where flow is opening, constricting, or misaligned.
• Offer insights for spending, timing, and prioritization without slipping into control or fear.
• Participate in monthly Wealth Alignment reviews with the CEO and CFO.

• Build and maintain simple, elegant systems for billing, invoicing, vendor management, and financial organization.
• Partner directly with the CEO Matt and CCO Heather to support forecasting and financial strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance without bureaucratic heaviness.

This position is preferred to be based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a hybrid model of work. This position is part time and has the potential to become a full time position.

Experience in book keeping/financial controller is required.
