Payment Analyst

The Payment Analyst position requires at least 4 years of related work experience in a similar field or position.

Requirements include:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training (preferred)
• Strong experience with Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of payment systems, credit card processing, fraud, and chargebacks
• Understanding of payment strategies domestically and internationally, including strategy development, relationship management, and contract negotiations with credit card companies, alternative payment methods, and third-party vendors
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international credit card schemes, processors, and other payment-related vendors
• Develop and implement global payment and fraud strategies
• Collaborate with Finance to review project implementation and ongoing costs
• Work closely with the Credit Card Services team to coordinate resolution of production problems, cost reduction initiatives, and payment reporting, policies, and fraud issues
• Provide in-depth ad hoc analysis of processing volumes and credit card fraud, including trend identification and root cause analysis
