Overview

, is growing our Collections Team
! We’re looking for motivated professionals to help customers resolve delinquent auto loan accounts while delivering top-notch service.
- Contact and assist customers with past-due accounts
- Negotiate payment solutions in compliance with FDCPA and collection laws
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Meet performance goals in a supportive, team-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with solid math & organizational ability
- Knowledge of collection laws (FDCPA) preferred
5 weeks of paid training (Hybrid) – In-office Tue–Thu
- Mon–Thu: 11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM MST
- Fri: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM MST
- Sat (rotation):
- All equipment provided
- Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office per week after training)
