Our services go beyond wealth management and investment portfolio management—we integrate tax planning, estate and legacy planning, liquidity and exit planning, retirement planning, family governance and education, risk management, lifestyle/household concierge services, and more.
What You’ll DoAs a Wealth Advisor, you’ll serve as a relationship manager, working closely with Senior Wealth Advisors, to deliver high‑touch service and comprehensive, thoughtful financial guidance to our client families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage multi‑generational client relationships with ongoing, proactive communication
- Coordinate and be accountable for family office and wealth management service offerings
- Collaborate with each client’s team of external professionals, including attorneys and CPAs
- Meet with clients and prospects, often alongside attorneys, CPAs, or additional advisors, to gather information and support planning
- Develop comprehensive financial plans with alternatives and recommendations, and prepare them for client delivery
- Provide ongoing planning updates, portfolio reviews, goals‑based discussions, and evaluate new opportunities
- Support the development of client‑facing staff
- Contribute intellectually to firm processes and planning frameworks
- Use and optimize technology platforms involved in executing responsibilities
We’re seeking a relationship‑driven advisor with strong technical and financial judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a leadership mindset.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:- Five years of family office or wealth management experience advising HNW and UHNW multi‑generational families
- CFA, CFP, CPA, or MBA designation (required)
- Series 65 or 66
- Proficiency in e‑Money, Black Diamond, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Junxure or other CRM systems, and portfolio accounting/trading platforms
- Wealth management and financial planning judgment and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A strong client‑first mindset with exceptional relationship‑building capabilities
- Ability to be successful in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment
