• Manage unique On Behalf Of (OBO) and For Benefit Of (FBO) account types including account setup, insurability, reconcilement, and profitability
• Facilitate client risk management efforts ensuring appropriate documentation and oversight
• Collaborate with legal to develop and maintain OBO and FBO documentation and manage complex fintech relationships
• Maintain policies and procedures for OBO and FBO use cases throughout onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding
• Partner with relationship teams to ensure portfolio growth and innovation while managing risk effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or a HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment product management, including P&L management and new product development
  
  Strong understanding of various payment methods and associated risks
• Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Familiarity with Embedded Payment business models (Pay Fac, OBO, FBO) and their risk profiles
• Expertise in payment network and regulatory rules governing OBO payments
• Experience interfacing with relationship teams and clients to close deals and provide support
• Proven track record of simplifying complex problems and persuading diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
