• Lead and evolve the global accounting, tax, and audit functions across multiple regions
• Develop strategic frameworks for accounts payable, receivable, and tax operations that promote scalability and compliance
• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate regulatory impacts and align financial strategies accordingly
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, financial reporting, and governance processes
• Strengthen operational and financial control environments to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
• Drive system and process transformation across ERP, automation, and reporting tools
• Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and transparency
• Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse global accounting team to deliver best‑in‑class results
• Provide insights and data‑driven recommendations to executive leadership and the board

• CPA required;
  Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Experience working in a PE‑backed company with a prominent PE fund
• Proven track record leading large, complex, international accounting teams in a multi‑entity environment
• Strong technical foundation in GAAP and global tax compliance
• Experience driving system implementation or financial transformation initiatives
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A balance of operational precision and strategic vision
• A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and promotes accountability
