Responsibilities- Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs, using confident and persuasive communication to encourage productive dialogue, reinforce EFE values, increase client retention, and attract new assets.
- Conduct exploratory conversations to identify client needs and initiate goal‑based discussions; present financial solutions that support client objectives.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice, handling interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
- Maintain an environment of client trust through high emotional intelligence.
- Perform consistently and structure work in a methodical manner.
- Manage time and prospects effectively to improve client contact rates and maximize EFE campaign success.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Series 65 or Series 66 securities license.
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role; call‑center experience in an outbound capacity preferred.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Results‑oriented with a passion for uncovering client needs over the phone and advising on financial goals.
Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $70,100–$79,600. The role also includes a quarterly performance‑based sales bonus and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, health, dental, and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
