Rally-Backs Position Summary:

The Arizona Diamondbacks are actively recruiting friendly, high-energy, engaging, and passionate individuals to create lifelong memories for everyone at Arizona Diamondbacks home games for the 2026 season. Rally-Backs are responsible for keeping fans engaged and cheering during games by hyping up the crowd and providing unique opportunities. Rally-Backs work Arizona Diamondbacks home games, and a variety of organizational and team-related initiatives and events across the Arizona community that provide hands-on experience and exposure in sports entertainment and fan engagement.

Rally-Backs Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the Arizona Diamondbacks entertainment team as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with in-game promotions, contests, and giveaways.
• Hype up the 40,000+ people at Chase Field by standing and chanting on the dugout.
• Work closely with Stage Managers, Interns and Game Presentation Staff
• Initiate conversations with fans and Arizona Diamondbacks advantage members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes in programming.
• Comfortable working with fans of all ages and demographics.

Rally-Backs Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Available for at least 70% of Arizona Diamondbacks home games
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift objects up to 30lbs
• Sports marketing, entertainment, promotions, and/or customer service experience are preferred, however not required
• Knowledge of and enjoyment of baseball is preferred, however not required
• Strong communication and crowd interaction skills with a positive demeanor
