• Assist with game setup including props, t‑shirts, signs, flags, prizing, etc.
• Greet, escort, and support any outside performers such as halftime shows, National Anthem performers, DJs, primetime performances, and other special guests.
• Execute select in‑game promotions including t‑shirt tosses, upper‑level activation, fan giveaways, on‑court presentations, and halftime entertainment.
• Assist during time‑outs as needed, both stage management and fan engagement including hype signs and crowd interaction.
• Assist with all team clean‑up.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to gain experience in live entertainment, both behind and in front of the camera.
• Able to work odd hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of related experience in sporting events; previous NBA experience highly preferred.

• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is minimal.

• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in‑person.
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English.
