The Game Technician
's primary responsibility is to maintain the function and safety of the gaming attractions for guests to enjoy the Ultimate Entertainment experience. In addition, they will monitor and perform repairs throughout the rest of the facility including lighting, A/V., and bowling equipment. The Game Technician plays an integral part in the success of the Back Lot by maintaining safe and functioning attractions.

• Greet guests with enthusiasm about the arcade offerings.
• Knowledge of the arcade systems and ability to easily communicate this to guests.
• Patrol the game floor and perform most repairs to games as issues arise.
• Clean and sanitize games as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain an organized work area, including the parts room for ease of service.
• Being knowledgeable in the Back Lot brand and offerings
• Troubleshoot and repair arcade, bowling, lighting, A/V, and POS equipment.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering repair parts as needed
• Working on mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Required to be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment, with multiple flashing lights, while in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Required to obtain and maintain a current food handler’s card and/or food safety certification.
• Requires bending, stretching, reaching, squatting, twisting, standing, walking up and down stairs and on flat surfaces, lifting (up to 250 pounds), interacting with guests and employees, problem solving, and cognitive skills.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• A professional image with an increased attention to detail, well organized and a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
• Ability to perform tasks on ladders.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools and able to utilize them to perform tasks.
• Ability and willingness to learn and utilize multiple systems that support business functions.
