Job OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Application / Sales Engineer with strong industrial HVAC and heat transfer expertise. This role focuses on supporting new equipment sales, consulting on system design, and working directly with customers on large commercial and industrial projects.
You’ll play a key role in solution design, technical consulting, and supporting heater and heat exchanger applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead application engineering for HVAC and heat transfer systems
- Support sales teams with technical consultation and product selection
- Work on heater unit applications, thermal calculations, and system design
- Handle client discussions, site visits, and technical presentations
- Support new building projects and retrofit installations
- Coordinate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Travel to customer sites as required (onsite visits, inspections, meetings)
- 5–15 years of experience in HVAC / thermal / industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer and heat exchanger design
- Hands‑on experience with HTRI or similar heat transfer software
- Experience with industrial HVAC, heating systems, or process heating
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and thermal design
- Ability to work with customers and sales teams directly
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
- HVAC system manufacturing or engineering company
- Industrial heating or thermal equipment
- Consulting or application engineering background
- Experience with new building HVAC projects
