Interstate Mechanical, LLC (IMCOR) is seeking a CAD/Revit Design Intern to join our Operations team. If you're a student looking to kickstart your career in mechanical design, BIM coordination, or HVAC/plumbing systems, this is your chance to gain real-world experience with industry-standard software and projects that matter.

🔍What You’ll Do:
- Assist in creating 2D/3D models for HVAC ductwork, piping, and plumbing using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Interpret contract drawings, specs, and submittals with guidance from senior BIM team members.
- Help generate equipment layouts, material take-offs, and construction-ready deliverables.
- Support project coordination through Bluebeam and Procore
. - Observe and learn about clash detection and trade coordination using Navisworks.
- Join coordination meetings and visit job sites to see your work in action.
- Current students in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related fields.
- Passion for mechanical systems, design, or BIM coordination.
- Self-starters with an eye for detail and a love for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus –
training provided!
