Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Process Engineer to design, commission, and operate process utility systems for their OSAT factory—covering chilled water, cooling towers, steam/hot water, reclaim water, potable water, process vacuum, and more to deliver reliable support for cleanroom and manufacturing ops.
It’s a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle, perfect if you enjoy troubleshooting utility systems, driving efficiency, and keeping high-tech production environments stable and sustainable. Interested? Let me know!
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process utility systems engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of chilled water systems, cooling towers, steam systems, and process vacuum systems
- Familiarity with clean room standards and adjacent disciplines (HVAC, exhaust systems).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
- Experience in semiconductor facility design,construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.
