Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Process Engineer to design, commission, and operate process utility systems for their OSAT factory—covering chilled water, cooling towers, steam/hot water, reclaim water, potable water, process vacuum, and more to deliver reliable support for cleanroom and manufacturing ops.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process utility systems engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of chilled water systems, coolingtowers, steam systems, and process vacuum systems
• Familiarity with clean room standards and adjacent disciplines (HVAC, exhaust systems).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Experience in semiconductor facility design,construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.
