# REVIT Modeler
** Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc.**, a leader in the precast/pre-stressed construction industry, is seeking a REVIT Modeler to join the drafting and engineering department. The position of REVIT Modeler requires that the individual be experienced at creating detailed Revit models that are utilized in the design, manufacture, and erection of precast concrete structures. The Modeler is responsible for coordinating the collection of data and incorporating this information into the drawings while working under the direct supervision of a senior draftsman or project engineer.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

** Responsible for creating shop drawings, details, plates, production drawings, etc. in AutoCAD or Revit on a given project  Read and interpret information from contract documents and other trades shop drawings for completion of precast drawings  Ensure that all work is performed per job specifications, engineering designs, guidelines, and company procedures  Create material lists for a given project  Create drawings for plant and field as required to assist in operations  Pick up redlines from drafting checker  Works closely with Project Engineer and Project Manager throughout a given project
** Requirements:
** 2 years REVIT Experience  Associates degree in design, architectural, or related field with course work in modeling or computer aided design (CAD) or a minimum 2 years previous drafting experience  AutoCAD experience a plus  Deadline and detailed-oriented  Possess clear and concise communication skills  Ability to focus on work tasks for an extended period of time  Capable of handling multiple projects within a fast-paced environment  Proficient at reading architectural and structural drawings  Strong work ethic  Organized
