Our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense Technology company, is seeking a Performance & Operability Engineer (Gas Turbine Engines) to join their team. As a Performance & Operability Engineer
, you will be part of the Propulsion Engineering Department supporting the Performance & Operability Team

Performance & Operability Engineer (Gas Turbine Engines)

• Build, debug, refine, and maintain steady-state and transient NPSS thermal models for gas turbine engines.
• Develop NPSS customer models and support model integration within MBSE environments (e.g., Cameo).
• Perform requirements analysis and decomposition throughout all phases of NPI (New Product Introduction).
• Communicate engineering findings clearly through presentations and technical reports to leadership and customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global engineering and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in turbine engine Performance and Operability Modeling
  .
• Minimum 5 years developing thermodynamic NPSS models for gas turbine engines.
• Expert understanding of gas turbine engine steady-state and transient thermodynamics
  .
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to program requirements).
