• Assist the design team in modeling either electrical or mechanical systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with designers to meet project requirements and input content into Revit models and AutoCAD drawings.
• Produce accurate and timely construction design documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Adhere to company Revit/AutoCAD standards while seeking workflow optimization and improvement.
• Develop a working knowledge of the mechanical or electrical systems being modeled.

• Advanced experience and skills and 7+ years working knowledge of current versions of Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong logical reasoning, organizational, and workflow skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a huge plus.
