We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Advanced System Engineer with an Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering background to work with a talented team of scientists, engineers, and technicians developing the next generation of products and technology for Honeywell Aerospace Technology's Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) business. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to investigate and solve challenging technical problems as you develop and apply to UAS and AAM platforms next-generation avionics, actuation, flight control, environmental control, propulsion, and other technologies and products.

You will use and develop your leadership skills to execute engineering programs in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with engineers, program managers, and product owners with the team and across the organization. Through extensive collaboration with customers and broader engineering teams, you will grow your engineering and business skills, gain deep understanding of the nascent AAM and UAS markets, and become a leader in technologies critical to these markets' development.
