This is a full-time, on‑site role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members. Day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing blueprints and specifications, determining material and labor costs, and assessing project timelines. The role also involves ensuring accurate budgeting, tracking project bids, and providing detailed documentation to support bids and proposals.

Regular interaction with clients, vendors, and subcontractors is essential to ensure project requirements are met.

• Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping systems and their installations
• Strong Project Management and Budgeting skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in HVAC and related systems
• Previous estimating experience in construction or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
