- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize FLO-2D software to design, model, and analyze various civil engineering projects, including flood risk management, stormwater management, and river engineering.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and specifications for construction.
- Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in FLO-2D or equivalent software is a must.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
