- Deliver trusted technical expertise to clients and internal teams alike
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect in the state of Arizona
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in building envelope consulting
- Demonstrated success managing both project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record of securing and developing building envelope business
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Eagerness to participate in our employee-ownership model
