Our client, a leader in high-precision manufacturing equipment support, is seeking a dedicated Jr Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Jr Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 What's the Job?
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot high‑precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Perform diagnostics, calibrations, and technical issue resolution.
- Handle electrical, mechanical, vacuum, gas, and fluid systems (OJT provided).
- Communicate clearly with customers and support ongoing technical projects.
- Travel to international locations such as Japan or Taiwan for training, fully paid and expensed.
- Associate degree or higher in a STEM field, or equivalent technical/military training. New grad Bachelor's degree highly desired with internship or some professional experience or fluency in Mandarin or Japanese.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, repair, or technical support required - semiconductor manufacturing desired.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
- Proficiency with hand tools and multimeters; strong communication skills.
