About the role

The Product Engineer will support secure microelectronics programs, leading NPI efforts, production transition, and lifecycle management in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership for microelectronic products including BGA packages, chiplets, interposers, and PCB-based assemblies
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support seamless transfer to manufacturing and ongoing production
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation such as test protocols, qualification reports, manufacturing instructions, and technical specifications
• Partner with manufacturing teams to establish processes, ensure production readiness, and resolve technical issues
• Perform risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and apply systems-level thinking to drive successful project outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or microelectronics product environments
• Familiarity with PLM tools such as Oracle Agile or similar systems
• Experience supporting product commercialization, manufacturing ramp-up, and technical documentation control
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination
