Inthisrole,youwillleadandcoordinatetechnicalactivitiesacrossassignedprojects,ensuringcompliancewithengineeringstandards,regulatory requirements,andclientexpectations.
Actingasthemainpointofcontactforclientsandagencies,youllalsomentorjuniorstaffandoverseeday-to-dayprojectexecution.
- Manageandcoordinateprojectteams,including
E.I.T.s,CAD designers/technicians,sub-consultants,and contractors. - Plan,schedule,anddeliverthetechnicalandfinancialaspectsoflanddevelopmentprojects.
- Supportconstructionphaseservices,includingsitevisits,bid documents,submittalreviews,andpayapplications.
- Interpretandresolvetechnicalissueswithminimaloversight.
- Staycurrentwithlocal,state,andfederalregulationstoensurecompliance.
- Maintaineffectivecommunicationbetweendisciplines,clients,andregulatoryagencies.
- Conductallbusinessinaprofessional,ethicalmannerwhilesupportingcompanygrowthandgoodwill.
- Travelovernightwhenrequired.
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Civil
Engineeringfroman
ABET-accredited university. - 5+yearsofcivilengineeringexperience,withafocusonlanddevelopmentprojects.
- Active
P.E.license(orabilitytoobtaininstateofemployment). - Strongleadershipskillswithexperiencementoring
E.I.T.s. - Proficiency in
AutoCADCivil3D,Microsoft Project,andMSOffice
Suite. - Experiencepreparingtechnicaldeliverables(workplans,contracts,summary reports,project correspondence).
- Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoresolvetechnicalchallengesindependently.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandcompetingprioritiessimultaneously.
- Willingnesstolearn,grow,andexpandresponsibilities.
- Demonstratedleadershipandclientcommunicationskills.
