Job Description:
The Role and Impact As the leader for the Ecosystem Technology Office (IP and Alliance) you will lead, inspire, and drive a team of highly skilled engineers responsible for developing, enabling, and optimizing Intel's hardware solutions. This pivotal role will allow you to shape the future of Intel's groundbreaking technologies and deliver innovative solutions that impact millions of users worldwide. By fostering collaboration across hardware, software, and product development teams, you will ensure seamless execution, continuously improve processes, and contribute to Intel's reputation as a leader in technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the systems and hardware enablement team, ensuring timely delivery of objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain robust engineering processes and practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide technical assistance to teams, customers, and stakeholders while ensuring continuous improvement of support systems.
* Offer feedback and guidance on the design and development of new product features, enabling feature enhancements and addressing bug fixes to meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development, enablement, and optimization activities for hardware engineering projects.
* Facilitate the execution of team goals through clear goal setting, accountability management, and differentiated performance management strategies.
* Inspire and mentor team members by role modeling Intel values, fostering a productive work environment, and enabling individual and team growth.
* Drive customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Intel's vision and business objectives.
* Lead stakeholder management and technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
* Build Partnerships with Ecosystem Alliance partners and IP providers worldwide - from small to largest size
* Drive Foundry Chiplet Alliance and other important foundry alliances
* Help procurement team in vetting IP negotiation deals
Required Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated expertise in hardware engineering development, optimization, and enablement.
* Proficiency in technical requirement definition, technology product development, and product documentation.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
* Strong capability in customer problem solving and platform component interaction.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and individuals around common goals.
* Experience fostering collaboration and building effective teams in dynamic environments.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence, influence decision-making, and drive results across diverse teams.
* A passion for innovation, employee development, and creating a high-performing team culture.##

*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR
* Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR
