A leading engineering firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Party Chief to draft survey documents and manage project timelines. You will perform field surveys and collaborate with clients and contractors while also training staff and contributing to project proposals. The ideal candidate has a college degree in surveying or a related field, along with 3-5 years of surveying experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Civil3D and AutoCAD.

Local travel is expected, with occasional overnight trips.
