Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager for a full‑time on‑site role at our office in Phoenix, AZ. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating logistics, supervising inspections, and managing communication between teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Project Management with a track record of overseeing complex engineering or construction projects.
  • Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and conducting Inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with cost modeling, scheduling, and overall project execution in engineering or construction sectors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills to effectively manage teams and vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in water and wastewater facilities or similar projects is an advantage.
