$140,000–$150,000 DOE (Principal-track potential)

This position is ideal for an experienced Electrical PE with exposure to government and/or healthcare projects who is interested in long-term leadership growth. The role will contribute to project execution, technical oversight, and client-facing engineering support, with the opportunity to grow into a Principal role.

• Provide licensed electrical engineering support for government and healthcare sector projects.
• Lead or support electrical design, review, and technical oversight for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and clients.
• Review drawings, specifications, and calculations under PE licensure.
• Support project planning, execution, and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions.
• Contribute to mentorship, leadership, and long-term practice development as the role evolves.

• Active Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
• Experience working on government and/or healthcare sector projects (at least one sector required).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems design and regulatory compliance.
• Interest in long-term growth toward a Principal-level role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
