Civil Engineer EIT, Land Development

We are currently partnered with a well established civil engineering consulting firm here in the Phoenix market that is looking to bring on an Engineer In Training to support their growing Land Development practice.

This is a strong opportunity for an early career civil engineer who is looking to gain hands on design experience, work alongside senior engineers and project managers, and continue progressing toward PE licensure within a collaborative team environment.

Project exposure includes a mix of residential, commercial, and site development work across the greater Phoenix metro.

• Develop construction plan sets and engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support design efforts across grading, drainage, and utility layouts
• Assist with preparation of technical reports, calculations, and project documentation
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and multidisciplinary project partners
• Provide design input and support reviews of peer work
• Apply engineering judgment to complete assigned design tasks
• Participate in team discussions, problem solving, and project coordination efforts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 2 plus years of civil engineering experience preferred
• Exposure to land or site development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage tasks with limited supervision
