Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Tucson, AZ
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 DOE

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects.
• Manage projects from bid award through final completion.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, production, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met.
• Support preconstruction planning, value engineering, and project forecasting.

• 3-5+ years of experience in civil construction as a PM and/or estimator.
• Strong background in AZDOT, municipal, and transportation work.
• Experience with:
  • Excavation & earthwork
  • Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
  • Water & wastewater treatment plants
  • Heavy civil site development
• Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
