Sr. IC Product Test Engineer

This role will be responsible for working with the IC Design and IC Test Applications teams to implement IC test changes for multiple critical ICs (including change management, documentation updates and operations integration).

• Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems; device specification and yield problems; minor redesign of devices and masks; analysis of customer returns; and optimizing device production relative to cost constraints.
• Assumes responsibility for device after transfer into high volume production and usually responsible for entire device manufacturing operations other than wafer fabrication.
• Represents organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicates with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels.
• Assist customer in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.
• Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and/or makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products independently to enhance performance of job area.
• Contributes to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy with a significant impact on work group results.
• May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.
• May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with engineers and operators.
• Ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with limited oversight from manager.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment (as applicable).
• Strong technical documentation skills.

• Broad knowledge of project management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ATE platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages.
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics, test methodologies, and data analysis tools.
