What You’ll Do
  • ✅ Support HSE programs across manufacturing plants, labs, farms, and the corporate office.
  • ✅ Assist with environmental and safety assessments to identify hazards and compliance gaps.
  • ✅ Help manage programs like fertilizer registration, medical monitoring, and safety data sheets (SDS).
  • ✅ Support development of HSE procedures, training materials, and corporate initiatives.
  • ✅ Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • ✅ Assist with environmental reporting (Tier II, TRI, hazardous waste, air emissions, etc.).
  • ✅ Collaborate with plant leaders, HR, operations, and engineering teams.
  • ✅ Learn how regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT) apply in real manufacturing environments.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and designed to build a strong foundation for future growth!

Profile

What You’ll Bring
  • ✔ Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, environmental health & safety, or a related field
  • ✔ 3 years of experience or relevant internships, co-ops or academic project work
  • ✔ Strong curiosity and motivation - you ask questions and seek to understand the “why”
  • ✔ Willingness to pitch in, take feedback and learn new programs
  • ✔ Interest in environmental and safety programs within manufacturing
  • ✔ Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills
  • ✔ Comfortable working onsite in a corporate office with occasional travel (up to ~20-25%)
