Description
We’re seeking a results-driven VDC/BIM Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, drive client satisfaction, and ensure exceptional project performance from start to finish. This role combines strong leadership, precise project management, and technical expertise to deliver profitable, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Manage all phases of projects—planning, execution, and closeout—delivering on-time and on-budget.
• Monitor profitability and performance metrics, making adjustments to achieve targets.
• Lead and mentor project teams for alignment and productivity.
• Oversee BIM execution, model coordination, and quality control.
• Maintain proficiency in Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• 5+ years of VDC or related project management experience.
• Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction and strong financial results.
• Proficiency in Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• PMP, CM-BIM, or similar certification preferred.

• Work is performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and use technology (e.g., computers, video conferencing tools) for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing as needed for site inspections.
• Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
• Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and conditions as required by the site.
• Must be comfortable working in construction site environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and uneven terrain.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and longer hours, when necessary, with little or no notice.
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mobility required within both office and construction site environments.
• Potential travel to client sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols and exposure to various environmental conditions, including weather and uneven terrain.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
