Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Design & Technologists, Process Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Scheduler who possesses a strong logical foundation in Digital Construction (BIM) and Advanced Chemical Delivery Systems
.
In this role, you are more than a timekeeper; you are the "Navigator" connecting the 3D high-precision models from BIM Design Engineers
, the complex process logic from Chemical Engineers
, and the strategic field execution of Superintendents
. Through precise scheduling and 4D simulation, you will ensure the successful deployment of MICU (Modular Integrated Chemical Units) for the world s most advanced semiconductor fabrication plants.
MICU Modular Lifecycle & Strategic Scheduling
- End-to-End Integration
:
Develop and manage detailed schedules spanning the entire lifecycle: from off-site factory fabrication and international logistics to final on-site assembly. - Milestone Synchronization
:
Track internal module assembly (including VMB/CDU equipment and PFA/SUS piping) to ensure seamless alignment with civil and structural handover milestones.
BIM 4D Construction Simulation & Support
- Digital Engineering Integration
:
Collaborate with BIM Modeler to link Primavera P6 schedules with Revit models, performing 4D construction simulations to identify spatial and temporal conflicts (Clash Detection) before they occur. - Sequence Optimization
:
Utilize BIM models to assist in scheduling complex sequences for large-scale module hoisting and specialized equipment move-in within high-density fab environments.
Process-Driven & Compliance Scheduling
- Logic Development
:
Define critical paths for high-purity piping (SUS/PFA), automation controls, and system commissioning based on P& process designs. - Regulatory Alignment
:
Integrate mandatory inspection windows for SEMI (S2/S8),
UL
, and ASME B31.3 (e.g., Helium Leak Testing, Boroscope Inspection) into the master schedule.
Field Feedback & Rolling Forecasts
- Progress Validation
:
Conduct regular site walks with Field Superintendents to verify actual progress and adjust "Look-ahead Schedules" based on real-time manpower and specialized tool availability (e.g., orbital welding machines).
- Industry Experience
: 2–3 years of proven experience in semiconductor industry projects, high-tech facility construction, or chemical utility operations. - Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Management). - Software Mastery:
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
.
Ability to navigate and interpret models in Autodesk Revit or Navisworks
.
- Core Skills
:
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
, ISO drawings, and BIM models; understanding of basic chemical delivery system logic (CDS/GDS). - The "Partner" Mindset
: A proactive learner who enjoys problem-solving and values team collaboration.
- Mastery of the World’s Most Advanced Semiconductor Projects
You will be at the absolute forefront of the industry, gaining hands-on experience in projects for advanced-node semiconductor fabs
. You will learn the rigorous standards and complex logic required to build the world’s most sophisticated manufacturing infrastructures.
- Beyond Traditional Scheduling:
Multi-Disciplinary Growth
This role offers a unique opportunity to transcend traditional scheduling. You will work at the intersection of Process Engineering, Digital Construction (BIM 4D), and Field Leadership
. This cross-domain exposure ensures you understand not just the "When," but also the "How" and "Why" of high-tech engineering.
- Future-Proof Your Career with Integrated Expertise
By mastering the integration of MICU and Digital Engineering
, you will develop a rare and highly sought-after skill set. This experience will position you as a versatile project management professional, significantly enhancing your competitiveness in the global semiconductor and EPC talent markets.
