Job DetailsResponsibilities
  • Execute field service processes and procedures for equipment installation, start-up, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and customers to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Safeguard confidential company information, including operational strategies, engineering designs, and customer data.
  • Effectively manage time, track critical information, and adhere to project schedules.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, contributing to a zero-accident workplace.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and correspondence tailored to various audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Background in engineering, electronics, or equivalent education/work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Specialist or Technician.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including CAD drawings and component specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of process instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature transmitters, valve actuators) and their calibration.
  • Experience using field service management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with continuous emissions monitoring equipment for process source emissions measurement.
  • Understanding of safety protocols related to hazardous chemicals.
  • Experience with rotating equipment, including dampers, actuators, controls, and seal air fans.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience working with combustion burners, RTOs, or DFTOs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in business software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with MRP/ERP systems is beneficial.

Please note that this position requires extensive travel - 75% - 80%
