Position: Bilingual Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer/Designer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $60K-$80K DOE

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Support engineering teams in drafting, modeling, and documentation of mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Participate in engineering reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using CAD tools.
• Communicate project updates and coordinate with bilingual teams as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 internships or relevant hands-on experience in mechanical design or engineering (co-op/internship acceptable).
• Proficiency in mechanical drafting and CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin-English REQUIRED.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
