Employment Type: 12 month contract with extensions
Pay Range: $65-105/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite first 90 days, then hybrid flex
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering experience in an industrial environment
- 2+ years of civil project management experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of civil codes, physical principles, laws and applications including air, water, electrical theory, geology
- PE License
- PMP certification
- Water/Wastewater, mining, manufacturing, power, etc. industry experience
We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role involves managing all phases of civil works—such as treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline installations—while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines technical civil engineering expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Manage design and construction of water/wastewater facilities, including site development, pipelines, and structural components.
- Oversee grading, drainage, and hydraulic design for treatment plants and pumping stations.
- Review civil engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (EPA, state water codes).
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers for integrated system delivery.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and municipal stakeholders.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct inspections during construction.
- Monitor adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement of civil materials and services.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure.
