- Schedule Management: Develop and manage rigorous project schedules and resource plans using Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers to resolve design discrepancies or field execution challenges quickly.
- Safety & Quality Enforcement: Enforce rigorous OSHA safety standards and AISC/AWS quality control protocols across all fabrication and jobsite activities.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead and hold accountable diverse teams of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring strict contract compliance and workmanship quality.

- Deep technical knowledge of AISC, AWS, and ASTM standards and fabrication methods.
- Leadership: Strong negotiation and decisive leadership skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Project Tools: High proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Financials: Solid command of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for large-scale construction.
- Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans
