We’re hiring a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Phoenix, AZ to lead detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

Be a trusted resource for preconstruction and project teams
ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed mechanical estimates using takeoff software (Fast Pipe, Fast Duct, Trimble, Auto Bid, etc.)
Review plans, specs, and site conditions for scope and risk
Estimate HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for large commercial projects ($5M–$50M range)
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders during preconstruction
Maintain estimating logs and budgets
Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and handoffs
Requirements Must-HavesBased in the Phoenix area with stable work history
5+ years in mechanical estimating for commercial projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field experience
Skilled with on-screen takeoff tools (Fast Pipe, Trimble, Quick Pen, etc.)
Nice‑to‑HavesExperience on large projects ($5M–$50M)
Familiar with estimating platforms like Viewpoint, Maxwell, or Estimation
Background in field installation (ductwork, piping, plumbing)
Project types: hospitals, schools, airports, data centers, labs, fabs, arenas
