Location:

Phoenix, AZ (commutable from Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding areas).

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus + 401(k) Match + Comprehensive Benefits.

We are looking for a process engineer or project manager who can take technical ownership, lead multimillion‑dollar projects, and advance their career in Power Generation or Renewable Energy. In this role you will lead pioneering process projects, mentor junior engineers, and shape project outcomes as the team’s technical expert.

• Lead end‑to‑end process projects in power generation
• Oversee process engineering, integration, and commissioning, ensuring technical excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams through high‑value, bespoke projects.

• Strong process engineering or technical project experience in power generation or industrial processes.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects, make technical decisions, and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience in EPC coordination, process integration, and complex project delivery.
