Job Title: Site Integration & Commissioning Engineer – Telecom (Night Shift)

Locations: Texas, St. Louis, Chicago, Seattle, Phoenix.

We are hiring a Site Integration & Commissioning Engineer to support telecom network deployment, upgrades, and optimization during night operations. This is not a fresher role
; however,
any degree is acceptable
, and hands‑on training will be provided to selected candidates.

• Perform integration, commissioning, and acceptance testing of telecom equipment at live network sites.
• Install, configure, and validate RAN, transmission, transport, and core network elements
  .
• Execute software loading, parameter configuration, and feature activation
  .
• Conduct call testing, throughput testing, alarm checks, and end‑to‑end validation
  .
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with NOC, RF, core, and transmission teams
  .
• Prepare commissioning reports, site handover documents, and test results
  .
• Follow safety standards, change management processes, and customer guidelines
  .
• Support network rollout, modernization, swap projects, and emergency restorations during night hours.

• Any degree is acceptable (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
• Company‑provided training on tools, equipment, and procedures will be given.

• Experience with Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, or similar OEMs
  .
• Exposure to LTE/5G integration, fiber commissioning, or microwave links
  .
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

• Night shift role to minimize network impact.
• Field‑based work with site visits and equipment handling.
• On‑call support during critical network activities.
