Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. In‑person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements. Phoenix is the capital of the Grand Canyon State and enjoys mostly bright skies throughout the year. Under general supervision, provide technical expertise, guidance, and leadership for a variety of designated engineering projects and programs at the assigned site. Review, investigate, and develop recommendations for engineering projects. Serve as Project Manager or technical expert on small to medium site construction, expansion, or modification projects. Evaluate and administer vendor contracts for services and equipment. Provide guidance to site management on processes, practices, and applicable regulations.

Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated engineering areas. Represent the site on company‑sponsored steering teams as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years of engineering experience relevant to assignment, including project management experience;
• Master’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and two (2) years of related engineering experience.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $90,000-$124,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job‑related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
