Quality Engineer I
Job DescriptionArrow's Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer. In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.
What You'll Be Doing- Maintain and improve quality system and documentation.
- Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications.
- In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis.
- Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
- Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies.
- Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership.
- Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Engineering Degree preferred with three or four-year diploma.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Six Sigma, Yellow or Green Belt.
- Certified Quality Engineer Certification.
- Project Management Experience.
- EtQ Software.
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
- Computer Science and information technology certifications.

$60,900.00 - $69,850.00. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
