On‑Site BIM Manager – Data Center
Join Olsson as an On‑Site BIM Manager – Data Center. Located in Phoenix, AZ, this role offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $110,000.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files.
- Act as the site‑level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance.
- Coordinate delivery of all handover content for data center projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide document and project closeout support, coordinating content for construction and operation.
- Serve as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), overseeing document maintenance, QA/QC checks, and compliance with client standards.
- Multitask and work well with team members and various stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent project management skills: prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team.
- Detail‑oriented mindset focused on delivering high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
