What You’ll Do- Lead the design of roadways, pedestrian paths, and water/wastewater infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure.
- Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
- Coordinate with utility companies and conduct site/field inspections.
- Apply your expertise and mentor others while ensuring accuracy through our established QA/QC processes.
- BS in Civil Engineering with 7‑10+ years of experience.
- Active Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within a year.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $110,000–$180,000 + Paid for Every Hour Worked, Bonus, and 401(k) Profit Share
